Is There A Cure For Back Pain?

When you are the one suffering from back pain, you want someone to address it and take care of it.  Whether it is a physical therapist or a chiropractor, you want the pain to go away.  And go away as quick as possible. It seems that the need to look elsewhere for a cure is always there instead of looking at the most important person who can help.  And…that is you.

You can find an immense amount of relief from back pain if you were to engage in one extension and one flexing exercise.  Do them three times a day for three days and then rest for two days.  Repeat the process.  Soon you will find that you no longer experience pain in your back.

Most individuals, unfortunately, find it hard to commit to an exercise routine that lasts more than one day.  And if you were to tell them that it lasts merely 10 minutes in five days, it still is not a motivating force.  And if you were to guarantee that their back pain would be significantly reduced or completely gone, still no motivation on their part.

No one but you can help in reducing back pain.  But it requires commitment on your part to do so.  Back pain, in most instances, develops slowly.  It would stand to reason that the cure would be slow in coming.  Success in treating back pain depends on consistency. If you are willing to commit to three minutes a day to treat your back pain, than you will need to stick to a schedule and be willing to apply all that is required of you.

If that is all that it takes – one extension and one flexing routine, than by all means try it.  You have nothing to lose but your back pain.  And who wants that more than anything else, but you.
